The Housing Authority
of the City of New Haven
regularly solicits bids for capital improvements and services. HANH
announces Requests for Proposals in local newspapers or other appropriate
media. All bids are collected at the announced due date and time.
HANH will award a contract to the vendor whose offer is most advantageous
to the Housing Authority. HANH reserves the right to reject any or all
offers, and to accept other than the lowest offer. Additionally,
bonus points are allocated to bidders that demonstrate that they are
eligible for Section 3 Preference in Contracting.
